ASSIST (the Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test) was developed by the World Health Organization to rate the level of risk from each substance a person uses, separately: tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, methamphetamine, ketamine, heroin and other opioids, sedatives, kratom, and more. This version follows the WHO questions and scoring exactly.

On this site, the test only asks about the substances you say you have used and skips questions that do not apply, so it takes 3 to 5 minutes. Your result gives a risk level for each substance, low, moderate, or high, with next steps. It is a preliminary screen, not a diagnosis, and your answers are not stored.
