GAD-7 Anxiety Screening Test (7 Questions) with Instant Result

The GAD-7 is the most widely used anxiety screening questionnaire in the world. Developed by Spitzer and colleagues in 2006, it screens for generalised anxiety disorder and is also sensitive to panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and PTSD.
Anxiety and substance use often form a loop: many people drink or take sleeping pills to calm down, only for the anxiety to return stronger when the effect wears off. Screening anxiety alongside substance use helps treatment work. The result is a preliminary screen, not a diagnosis, and your answers are not stored.
