AUDIT Alcohol Screening Test (10 Questions) with Instant Result

For: The person who drinks, about themselves · Takes 2 minutes · Reviewed by Dr. Pichayut Kasemphakdeephong (Psychiatrist), 6 September 2026

AUDIT (the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test) was developed by the World Health Organization and has been used in healthcare settings around the world for more than 30 years. It is the most widely validated screening tool for drinking problems.

The test has 10 questions and takes about 2 minutes. Your result places your drinking in one of four zones, from low risk to possible dependence, with next steps suited to each. The result is a preliminary screen, not a diagnosis, and your answers are not stored.

Alcohol here means any drink containing alcohol: beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and local brews. Choose the answer that best describes your drinking over the past year. A "drink" means one standard drink (a 330 ml can of beer, a 140 ml glass of wine, or a 40 ml shot of spirits).

Your answers are not stored or sent anywhere.
